On behalf of the President, the National Executive Council, and the General Secretary, we extend our heartfelt appreciation and best wishes to all our remarkable IMATU women members and staff.

Today, we honour the strength, resilience, invaluable contributions of women in every sphere of life, especially in the workplace, in our communities, and within IMATU

IMATU is proud to celebrate Women’s Day 2025 with the following initiatives:

  • National Office – Dignity bags filled with necessities and spoils were delivered to Hannah Charity in Pretoria.
  • Gauteng Region – A lovely lunch and motivational talk on women empowerment will be hosted for female Shop Stewards.
  • eThekwini & KwaZulu-Natal Regions – Female Shop Stewards will enjoy a special lunch and uplifting session together.
