Documentation to which language policy proposal applies:

As required in terms of the National Credit Act, the below documentation shall be available to our members in 3 (three) of the official languages: English, isiZulu and Sepedi:

• Pre-agreement Statement and Quotation;
• Credit Agreement; and
• Enforcement notice (including the notice in terms of section 129)
