We refer to our previous communication attached for ease of reference.


We confirm that the application is heard today 5 November 2021.


IMATU has appointed an Advocate and Financial Advisor to oppose the application. We will do all in our power to oppose the City’s application. We are confident that the matter will be finalized soon.


We will communicate to all structures as soon as we have the formal outcome of the matter.
