WAGE CURVE DISPUTE COURT DATE ISSUED - IMATU - Independent Municipal and Allied Trade Union

It was previously reported that IMATU had approached the clerk of the Labour Appeal Court requesting that the Wage Curve dispute be processed as a matter of urgency and that a court date be assigned to the matter as soon as possible.

Please be advised that these efforts have been successful.

The Labour Appeal Court has allocated a date for the matter to be heard on 20 August 2013.

All court papers have already been filed and the matter is ready for argument.

Members will be kept informed as the matter progresses.
