UPDATE: WAGE CURVE DISPUTE – FACILITATOR’S PROPOSAL (3 of 2013)

Please be advised that negotiations to settle the Wage Curve dispute was concluded today.  No agreement could be reached on the Facilitator’s Proposal that was issued on 27 March 2013.  At this stage no further rounds of negotiations have been scheduled.

We have however contacted the clerk of the Labour Appeal Court in order to expedite a date for the appeal hearing and we have been informed that a date will be allocated during the course of next week.

A more comprehensive feedback report on the matter will be issued on Monday, 27 May 2013.

Members will be kept informed as the matter progresses.
