NATIONAL OFFICE BEARERS ELECTIONS

IMATU is pleased to announce the outcomes of the elections conducted during the meeting of the National Executive Council held on 12 November 2025.

Following the succession of Ms Queen Mbatha to the position of President, a vacancy arose in the position of Deputy President.

An election for the position of Deputy President was therefore conducted, and we are pleased to announce that Ms Heidi Coffee, formerly Vice President: Strategic Committee, was elected as Deputy President.

As a result of Ms Coffee’s election, a further election was subsequently conducted to fill the vacancy created in her previous role, and Ms Tebogo Moeketsi was elected as Vice President: Strategic Committee.

IMATU proudly presents its National Office Bearers as follows:

  • Deputy President – Ms Heidi Coffee
  • Vice President: Finance – Mr Ravi Velan
  • Vice President: Human Resources – Mr Leon Nkwenkwe
  • Vice President: Labour Relations – Mr Llewellyn Henkeman
  • Vice President: Strategic Committee – Ms Tebogo Moeketsi
